We’re proud to introduce Sahar Khalili as one of our two candidates for the Northern Metropolitan Region in the Legislative Council at the Victorian State Election on 28 November 2026.
Sahar has a career spanning helping her community as a pharmacist, leading change and digital / IT transformation projects for complex organisations, and more recently entertaining crowds as a trivia host and TV juror.
She believes that honesty, transparency, accountability and integrity are the non-negotiable cornerstones for an effective and authentic person. Why bother doing anything if you can’t be real about it?
The public trust in the competency and interests motivating our public institutions and government agencies and representatives has been crumbling exponentially since the turn of the 2020’s, which demands a strong voice and advocate for truth, transparency and integrity.
Systems work better when there is trust and visibility of everyone. Tired of waste, secrecy and inefficiency, it’s a waste of time for everyone where only a few will win. That’s not what we want, and we need to change it. We can do this, together.
